Applying Unicon Concrete Sealers properly is critical for achieving long-lasting and flawless results. Follow these steps carefully:

1. Surface Preparation

• Clean the surface thoroughly and allow it to dry completely (1–2 warm days recommended).
• Test a small patch to ensure compatibility between the substrate and the sealer.
• Ensure adequate ventilation and eliminate all open flames, as fumes are flammable.

2. Optimal Conditions for Application

• Avoid applying in direct sunlight or on hot surfaces. Ideal surface temperatures are between 5°C and 25°C.
• Early morning application is recommended. Avoid application between 12 PM and 7 PM for best results.

3. Application Techniques – Spraying (Preferred) or Rolling

• Spraying:
• Use a low-pressure industrial-grade pump-up airless sprayer with solvent-resistant washers.

• Rolling:

• Wait at least 2 hours between coats.
